Hello everybody! Welcome back to Day in the Life of a Realtor. This is my first post on the subject since last year so hope everybody's had a great holiday season, everybody got everything you expected, and are really looking forward to 2024 as I am. Today I've actually started my day off with a meeting with a group of like minded individuals. We have a monthly meeting where we get togeth
er we discuss market trends and things that we are doing in our business. This includes recruiting, the economy, interest rates, real estate sales, and things that nature. So, it is a very productive and enjoyable meeting
After that I am now going to meet with an agent who is looking to potentially make a move over to the Chappell Realty Group. As soon as that meeting is done, I've got another phone call scheduled for a potential first time buyer, so there's a lot to discuss in that phone call.
After this phone call, I am going to swing by one of my listings and retrieve my sign and lockbox. It is finally "sold" and off the market.
So there's a lot happening out here today and the weather is gorgeous I couldn't ask for a better day weather wise.
So anyway that's kind of what I'm up to. Just driving around and getting things done.
